Certified Quality and Safety

The KateHaa activity toys, including the climbing arch cushion, are tested and certified by the SGS Institute in Germany according to the Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC. Each product is certified to withstand a load of up to 50 kg / 110 lbs, confirming the safety and durability of our toy.

Washing Instructions for Your Cushion

Your cushion can be washed on the wool cycle with a minimum spin speed of 400 revolutions per minute.

If you do not have a dryer available, gently press out excess moisture with a dry cotton towel. Then place the cushion next to a heater or radiator to dry completely.

If you can use a dryer, first use it for about 10 minutes to pre-dry the cushion. Afterwards, place it next to a heater or radiator to finish the drying process. If your dryer has a "hot air" or "warm air" function, we recommend using it.

Please note that washing programs with higher spin speeds may cause the filling to clump and lose its original fluffiness.
